Piotr "Peter" Nikolaievitch Rasputin, known as Colossus, is a mutant from the Marvel Comics universe. He first appeared in *Giant-Size X-Men* #1 (May 1975).
Born in Siberia, Colossus possesses the mutant ability to transform his body into organic steel, granting him immense strength, durability, and stamina. In his armored form, he is virtually invulnerable to most forms of attack.
